Design for Community Woodland Events and Performances

I am co-founder of, and creative collaborator within, Both Coed, a community enterprise that promotes use of my local community woodland through environmental performance-events. As designer, I collaborate on costumes, outdoor sets and publicity, and with collaborative arts practitioner, Kirsten McIver, co-created ‘bird lady’, who leads a twittering public procession between town and woodland before each event. My creative, collaborative practice within Both Coed is based on performance-events and rooted in common concerns around ecology, community and place.
